Background:

I was born and raised in Wisconsin, in a smallish city just outside of Duluth, Minnesota and at the very tip of Lake Superior. While I love a white Christmas, I also love being able to spend "winter" days at the beach; no snow shoes necessary!

My husband Nick and I lived in Scottsdale for a number of years, and we spent several weekends escaping the summer heat by heading West to the beach in Del Mar. We always dreamed about living by the beach, and finally we do! We spend a lot of our time enjoying the perfect San Diego weather with our dogs, Rocky Balboa and Blink; we love going to the beach, jogging, hiking, and enjoying the fabulous sunsets.

My background is in the sciences, and all through law school, I studied for and intended to practice patent law. After graduating from law school, I managed a nutraceutical company's patent portfolio, and found that I did not enjoy patent law nearly as much as I had anticipated that I would! I have such a heart for people; the best moments of my day are truly those spent with clients. I so enjoy spending time with clients, getting to know them, and getting to help them plan for their futures. It is true that a well-drafted estate plan is one of the most loving things you can do for those whom you will eventually leave behind. I love being able to proactively assist clients to create such a loving gift and I love being able to see the incredible peace that our clients leave with after creating an estate plan.
