Background:
I grew up in a military family, so I spent most of my childhood living in many different places. Of all the places I’ve lived, San Diego is my favorite!
My background is in accounting and I spent several years working in the accounting department of a Fortune 500 company. I reached a point where I wasn’t feeling fulfilled with the corporate environment or my position with the company. So, I made the tough choice to leave my accounting career and go to law school. I had some close friends that lived in San Diego and decided this was the best place to make my new start.
In law school I chose to focus on estate planning because I felt it would compliment my accounting background. In my last semester of law school, I interned for an estate planning firm and knew immediately I made the right choice. I truly enjoy helping people in their time of need. Having the opportunity to work in firm where I can be a resource for our clients during the estate and trust administration process is so rewarding.
It was here in San Diego that I met my husband, Eric. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with Eric and our pet rabbit "S’mores". I also enjoy reading, hiking, and going to the beach. Eric is originally from New Jersey and my family is spread out along the West and Southwest, so we also enjoy traveling to visit family.
